From Process Design to Equipment Support
Engineering & Services
YIBU connects equipment design, manufacture, installation support and operator training with after-sales service. Each project brings the drying process, supplied equipment and site requirements into a defined delivery scope.

Turnkey Project Engineering
Design starts with the material, required capacity, product targets and available utilities. Equipment selection, layout and upstream and downstream interfaces are developed together. Civil works, third-party systems and site responsibilities are allocated in the project agreement.
Manufacture and Factory Testing
Equipment is manufactured to the agreed specification. Inspection and factory testing are arranged for the supplied configuration, with acceptance requirements defined in the contract.
Installation, Commissioning and Training
Site work follows an agreed plan covering readiness, connections, utilities and start-up activities. Operator guidance addresses the supplied equipment and routine maintenance. Handover includes the agreed operating documents, maintenance information and spare parts references.

International Service Coordination
Support for overseas equipment is coordinated around the project location, technical needs and agreed service scope. Remote communication and any required site visit are arranged according to the assessment and local access conditions.
Spare Parts Supply
Equipment model, original configuration and component details help identify compatible spare parts. Availability and delivery are confirmed for each request, supporting maintenance planning for the installed equipment.
Remote Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Alarm information, operating records and safely collected photographs or video help the service team assess reported issues. Guidance and follow-up actions are agreed for the equipment and site. Warranty, response arrangements and on-site services follow the applicable contract and service terms.
