From Process Requirements to Manufactured Equipment
Industrial drying is defined by more than the dryer itself. YIBU evaluates the feed form, moisture content, thermal sensitivity, particle requirements, containment needs and available utilities before developing the equipment and system arrangement.
Process evaluation establishes the appropriate drying route and preliminary operating basis.

Equipment and system engineering then coordinate the main dryer with heating, feeding, conveying, separation, recovery and control functions within the agreed project boundary. Manufacturing and assembly translate the approved design into supplied equipment, while inspection and factory testing verify the manufactured configuration against the applicable project documents.
Manufacturing Capability
YIBU's manufacturing base supports the principal stages required for industrial equipment production, including sheet cutting and forming, welding, machining, surface finishing, electrical assembly and equipment integration. Manufacturing methods are selected according to equipment structure, product-contact material, surface requirements and the approved technical specification.
Production planning coordinates component preparation, fabrication, assembly and inspection so that the supplied equipment remains consistent with the agreed drawings and project scope. High-power fiber laser cutting, automated welding, forming and machining equipment support the manufacture of individual machines and configured systems.
Quality and Compliance
Quality control is applied throughout material receipt, fabrication, welding, surface treatment, assembly and final inspection. Inspection content is defined by the equipment type, applicable drawings, technical specification and agreed acceptance requirements.
