Product Overview
The QZL Series Spherical Pelletizer provides forming feed material into rounded pellets by controlled centrifugal and rolling action. Typical materials and duties include materials suitable for spherical pellet formation.
Working Principle

Wet granules are fed onto a rotating centrifugal disc while air passes through the annular gap. Centrifugal force, air lift and gravity create a rolling, rope-like movement that rounds the material into pellets.
