Product Overview
The SYH Series Three-Dimensional Motion Mixer provides three-dimensional vessel motion that repeatedly changes material orientation. Typical materials and duties include dry powders and granules suitable for three-dimensional mixing.
Working Principle

The closed vessel performs compound three-dimensional motion under the drive mechanism. Continuous changes in direction cause the material to flow, diffuse and recombine throughout the vessel.

Wide Range of Applications
The mixing cylinder of this machine moves in multiple directions, so the materials are not subjected to centrifugal force, and there is no phenomenon of specific gravity segregation, stratification, or agglomeration. Components can have extremely different weight ratios, and the mixing rate is high. It is currently a relatively ideal product among various mixers.
The cylinder has a large loading rate, up to 90% (ordinary mixers are only 50%), with high efficiency and short mixing time.
All parts of the cylinder are transitioned with circular arcs and have been precision polished.
Used for high-uniformity mixing of powdery and granular materials in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry, as well as various scientific research units.
