Product Overview
The XF Series Horizontal Fluid Bed Dryer provides continuous horizontal fluid-bed drying. Typical materials and duties include granular or particulate materials suitable for continuous fluidization.
Working Principle

Clean hot air enters through the distribution plate and fluidizes the material in the horizontal bed. Wet feed is introduced continuously at one end, dried by direct air contact while moving through the bed, and discharged from the opposite end.

Key Features
Designed for continuous horizontal fluid-bed drying.
The equipment and control configuration are selected according to the material and process requirements.
Suitable Materials
Granular or particulate materials suitable for continuous fluidization.
Material suitability should be confirmed through review of physical properties, moisture or solvent content, temperature sensitivity and the required final product condition.

Wide Range of Applications
Drying operations for pharmaceutical drugs, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. Examples include: active pharmaceutical ingredients, compressed tablets/granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules for oral sachets, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdery or granular materials for drying and dehumidification. The applicable material particle size is generally 0.1–6 mm, with the optimal particle size being 0.5–3 mm.
