Summary
The belt calciner is a continuous high-temperature roasting equipment,Widely used in chemical industry, catalyst, new energy, new materials and other industries. The equipment is composed of separate units. Each unit has circulating fan , heating device ,separated or public fresh air inlet system and air outlet  system .Therefore, the operating parameters such as the number of drying medium, temperature, humidity and exhaust air circulation quantity  and can be controlled independently as to ensure the working reliability of the belt calciner and the optimization of the operating conditions. The working condition is good because the calcining of the material is conducted inside the equipment chamber.




Structure
The calciner consists of conveying  system  ,drying chamber ,inulation ,heating system , circulating and air outlet system and control system .
Conveying system : the  conveying system is driven by the  the reducer with frequency conversion speed, and drive the belt transmission.
At the same time, support the deviation correction device and the tension device at the feed end to prevent the net from taking away the deviation.At the same time, the deviation correcting device and a the tensioning device are provided at the feeding end to prevent the mesh belt from deviation.
Chamber : the chamber of the calciner  is composed of several independent units.it is divided into heating up, calcining and cooling unit;  Each unit is equipped with its own independent circulation fan.The unit combination can be divided according to their needs.
The material for the inner wall of calciner can be SUS321 or SUS310S , the surface cladding of the calciner can be aluminium galvanized sheet of Stainless steel sheet , the insulation in the middle is silica aluminium .
Heating system : the heating for the units of calciner can be adopted gas  furnace or electrical heater . The heating power is adjustable. The temperature is detected by the thermocouple

Features
1.The calcining is done by high temperature air ,the workpiece or material product  are heated evenly because of adopting the special air distributing device.the product quality is stable.
2.Each unit has an independent hot air circulating, less heat loss, and the temperature can be controlled independently;
3.Adopt step-type heating and cooling,the product is not suddenly hot or suddenly cold.
4.For the heating system , the heatsource for it can be electricity ,natural gas ,LP-gas and so on.
5.The Continuous calciner overcomes the shortcomings of traditional batch- calciner and is easy to realize automatic  calcination operation.
6.It can be connected with the dryer to complete the drying and roasting process;
7.The Key technical parameters can be pre-set on the control screen.Automatic and continuous operation,the product quality is stable. It can meet the demand of large-scale industrial production.





Working principle
The Materials are fed from the feeding end into the high-temperature resistant conveyor belt which are supported by the support device .
and Move inside the calciner by the mesh belt dragged by  the drive motor and gone through Number of individual calculation units.
According to the characteristics of the material heating up , divide the corresponding units for the corresponding control.
Each independent circulation unit includes its own independent circulation fan, air heating system, circulating air duct and air guide plate.
The cooling section does not set the heating system, and form independent in each unit;
For the relatively sealed hot air circulation channel, the circulating hot air is blown down from the upper part of the mesh belt, passes through the material and then circulates from the bottom of the mesh belt, the hot air penetrates the material, completes the relevant physical and chemical reactions of the product calcining process, and the product comes out through the discharge end.
The equipment can also be  heat up and run intermittently according to process requirements.
