Project Overview

In August 2017, YIBU reported the on-time delivery of one LPG-100 high-speed centrifugal spray dryer for an overseas food starch customer. The project involved converting liquid food starch into powder.

Challenge: From Liquid Feed to Powder

The customer required equipment for drying liquid food starch into a powder product. The order also needed to progress through manufacture and customer factory acceptance before delivery.

Solution: Centrifugal Spray Drying

YIBU supplied an LPG-100 centrifugal spray dryer. The spray drying process atomizes liquid feed for contact with heated air, followed by powder collection and exhaust handling.

Manufacture and Factory Acceptance

According to the project announcement, manufacturing took approximately three months. The completed equipment passed the customer’s factory acceptance test before delivery.

Result: Equipment Delivered on Schedule

The documented outcome was completion of manufacturing, a passed customer FAT and on-time delivery of the ordered dryer. These milestones describe the supplied equipment’s factory acceptance and delivery stage.
