Rapid drying with simultaneous dispersion in a rotating hot-air field.
Hot air enters tangentially at the bottom of the drying chamber and forms a high-velocity rotating field. The rotor disperses wet feed, fine particles are carried upward and dried rapidly, and particles that are not sufficiently dry remain in the chamber until they can leave with the gas stream.
