Centrifugal atomization of liquid feed followed by rapid hot-air drying.
Liquid feed is delivered to the high-speed centrifugal atomizer and dispersed into fine droplets. Heated air enters the drying chamber, moisture evaporates rapidly during droplet contact, and the resulting powder is recovered from the chamber and exhaust-gas collection system.
