Product Overview
The FL Series Fluid Bed Granulating Dryer provides one-step powder mixing, binder-spray granulation and drying in a fluid-bed unit. Typical materials and duties include pharmaceutical, food, agricultural and chemical powders; wet powders or granules; and suitable pellet-coating processes.
Working Principle

Powder in the product container is fluidized by purified heated air. Atomized binder solution is sprayed into the moving powder bed, causing particles to agglomerate; continued hot-air contact removes moisture and solidifies the binder to form porous granules.
